I am wondering if in Chiang Mai anyone knows of a Hollywood style make-up store.

A place where I can buy facial appliances, high quality make up etc.

Halloween is coming, and want to do something wild!

I don't know of such a store, but there are loads of great instructional videos on Youtube... How to make fake wounds, change the shape of the face, etc., using ordinary household stuff such as rubber cement, gauze, cotton balls, etc. VERY realistic looking stuff! Some of them take several hours to make, but can be made in advance and then put on at the last minute.
