I have a large deposit tp put down on a house as I want a larger property and am a little short as one might say. My Wife and Son are Thai. What is the best way to go about it. Can I get a mortgage using my wife etc or shall I jsut forget it and wait and buy outright?

Bangkok Bank offered my wife a mortgage of 70% on her home. She has no income, but based on my pension. Required 3 months Bank Statements and copy of my pension income. Every individual Bank Manager will give a different scenario.
