Whoever I am/What kind of person I am, I am that type of person you see now That type of person means someone who is genuinely gullible เนยเอ้่ย (probably asking for agreement like "right?" but in a more gentle/poetic way?) I don't know how to translate the words in thai alphabet, but it shouldn't affect the meaning of the sentence. Anyway, this is how I interpret the meaning. I can be wrong.
