now i come to thai, but i understood that my employer have only one million Thai baht capital,

can make a work permit with one million capital?

can i extend my non b visa without a work permit?

Two million baht registered capital is required to apply for a work permit. The company need to increase the registered capital. The cost is not all that much to do it.

You cannot extend your 90 day entry without a work permit..
