I'm currently checking possibilities to get WP and have a few questions

Is it possible to get WP with newly registered company ? I've read labour department require balance sheet for last year, which is impossible to get for new business.

I have 1 year business visa already, just need a WP for worry-free working in own office

You may have a problem unless the company employs at least four Thai's and is adequately Capitalised.

Have you asked the Labour Ofice what is required for them to be able to issue a WP?

You will be aware that it is illegal to work without a WP

4 thais are fine, as well as 2M capital for company.

The Labor ministry will not ask for a one year balance sheet to get the work permit. That is an immigration requirement to get a one year extension of stay.

If you already have a multiple entry non-b visa you will not need to worry about the extension.
