There is almost always some houses available, certainly a few signs up around Maenam, I would imagine same same in Lamai, November would probably increase your chances to find a long term house. Mole Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I still have 1 apartment availabile for long term from middle of December for 7000 excluding electricity. It's newly refurbished and still new and clean. The owner prefer at least 2 months rental, so if you're staying shorter term, don't bother contacting me.
