Hua Hin Earthquake Tremors!

Featured Replies

I'm sitting in an internet shop in Hua Hin and I just felt a 5 minute tremor. I also felt one last night and my wife said she felt one the night before too.

Has anyone got any more info on this? :o

Sorry, that should be 5 seconds!

There seemed to be some sort of quake activity in Bangkok within the past hour although it lasted just a few seconds.

I just mentioned this in the shaking house thread, but yes, the Thai media has said there were 4 earthquakes in Burma (strongest was around a 6) which were feelable (my word) in Hua Hin.

How common are earthquakes in Bangkok and Hua Hin?

My wife is always complaining about tremors. Usually eminating from me, after a good nosh. :o

I'd complain about watching that movie after nosh too. =)

...and 'Feelable' is MY word NguuMuu!

There was also a quake and a baby tsunami in Samoa
