Get rid of green screen on Thaivisa

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I continually get a green screen with an ad from Thaivisa for news to be sent to my email address [which I already have] everytime I'm on Thaivisa.

It's annoying when trying to read an article.

Does anyone now how to permanently stop this ad.

Thanks

If you are logged in and are not rejecting 3rd party cookies it should appear just once per session.

Moving to support.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Yes.. It intrudes repeatedly when I surf from my iPhone but not on my iPad... Very, very annoying.

I too get it. I even contacted support desk.

Every time I open up Timeline, I get an unsolicited, full-page ad – usually an ad for dating "naughty" girls. Thanks, ThaiVisa, for attempting to judge my character.

Sometimes the ad is legitimate. However, it often delays 5 to 10 seconds before I can skip it.

Very intrusive and annoying!

I wish to be rid of the green screen.

Procedure?

You can't be rid of it, but you can minimise the number of times it appears. See this earlier post in this topic: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/858688-get-rid-of-green-screen-on-thaivisa/?p=9901165#entry9901165

if only you can open the link or copy

yes its annoying George. Please do something about it. Make our user experience less annoying. Especially when using mobile...

Don't think George is our overlord anymore.

I for one welcome our new Choice Pattaya/Bangkok overlords.

I havent seen the annoying green screen for a while. Maybe the owners are listening now...

Nope still popping up.

This is my last post on Thai Visa after 10+ years.

Enough crap is enough crap.

Goodbye and good riddance.
