The US Embassy and/or Consulate General does not certify these. They will let you write an affidavit form (with apparently anything on it you want to say), have you swear to it and notarize that. I did this with my proof of no criminal record, as the Thai authorities accepted it if you have a translation of it in Thai. Does anyone know if this will work for academic transcripts? That was the only thing that derailed my application last year, I really don't want that to happen again. This will be my last try.pg

Immigration accepts a self certification for other types of applications so i would think the would accept it for PR.

You probably shooed check with the PR section at CW to confirm.

I know this doesn't help, but I have question for you. I previously studied the thread on PR, and have looked at the requirements on the Immigration website. One requirement that ha stymied me is three years of continuous employment in Thailand with a work permit. Somebody told me the other day that they had dropped that requirement. Do you know?

A troll post and a reply to it has been removed.

Three years working with a work permit and 3 full years of tax payments are still required to apply for permanent residency.
