Reporting first time 90 days on marriage visa. What forms etc do I need and is there any cost.

Featured Replies

What do I need when reporting first time on a Marriage visa I received in June 2015. What forms if any do I need.

Any assistance and guidance appreciated.

Moved to the Thai visas forum.

I assume you have an extension of stay not a multiple entry non-o visa.

A TM47 form and your passport is normally all that is needed. Download: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm47.pdf

But there are a few immigration offices that will want copies of your passport photo page and few other copies of it and your TM6 departure card.

There is no fee to do a 90 day report.

If you do actually have an extension of stay just turn up with your Passport. They will sort you out. No fee.

Be careful that the 90 days start counting from the day you entered the country.

The "attachment" is an instruction.

Follow the advice provided in post number 4

As said you most likely have an "extension of stay" stamped in the passport.

If I go in person or mail my 90 day report, they always ask for copies of the pages of my Passport homepage, last extension stamp, last entry stamp, a copy of my TM6 and my last 90 day report receipt.

Ironically if I report online, I only need to enter personal details.

You can do the 90 day report online at the Thai Immigration website.

It takes about 1 hour after you submit the application for it to be approved.
