Multi non o, Thai child

I am currently here on a single non o issued in Vientiane for a Thai child, however I have just got divorced from my sons mum and I have sole custody (signed at the amphur) I'm just wondering now if I could possibly get a multi non o from savannakhet based on having sole custody of a Thai child.

Savannakhet would not do a multiple entry non-o in your case.

You could get one in Penang but you would need to show financial proof. Some reports state 100k baht will be accepted.

If you want to delay getting the next visa you could extend you current 90 day stay by a further 60 days at immigration (1,900) for visiting your child.
