lostinisaan
Hello and Sawasdee Khrap, I've tried it three times now and failed terribly to put Windows 10 on my notebook. All went fine, excluding the MS office 2013 installation. When i wanted to open a document, it started to install it, then couldn't find a specific folder? I did upgrade three machine before and remember that I had similar issues, but finally found a way(s) to get that fixed. But I just don't remember what I did. Okay, it's time for all the midterm tests and I really need MS office on my notebook at school. Last night was the night where I almost freaked about about my own stupidity that I tried it again,. knowing of these problems. But I was certain that I could just roll it back to W 7 Ultimate within one month. It was already 2 am, when I saw that the rollback didn't work and it messed my whole system up in a way that I couldn't enable my Acronis restore function. I knew that I needed my notebook the next hours at school ,so I tried it again and again and finally found an Acronis backup. Did it, restarted it, but there's no sound. I really did all, installed the right drivers, checked and cheeked, but no way and the clock ran.....was 3.25 when I tried to sleep, but couldn't, because I was so angry about me. Then I got up again, searched for another backup, also using Acronis, ( found a way to make it work again).and the sound was back. But then I had problems with the printer at school, had the driver, installed it, but similar problems I had before. Now I'm back to normal, print my tests while typing this and might try to put 10 on in the midterm break. Or I'll have a nervous breakdown? Only Buddha knows. Does anybody have an idea what the problem regarding MS office 2013 might be? It starts, installs, then suddenly stops at about 80 % with a weird message telling you that it didn't work. Thanks for any useful thoughts. Can't wait for the holiday, might drive to Rayong soon. Cheers-

peterjackson
Look on the bright side. It could have been worse. At least you didn't commit suicide or genocide.
thedemon
Sounds like something wrong with your install media. I have never seen Office 2013 fail to install properly. Download another ISO and try that.
lostinisaan
Try to disable your virus scanner during the installation of Microsoft Office Arrai Na??? You mean to delete Kaspersky, before I install W 10 again? There's nothing I can do when the whole upgrade process starts..... But thanks, might be an issue. But wouldn't it come from the Windows side, not an Anti virus program? I was asking my wife and she had the right answer, please see photo. ( just because she caught me watching Japanese Bukakae porn? P.S. Do all Japanese men have such small issues? That's unfair and unfunny)...... The good general could be breathless by now. And all people would start smiling again. Might be worth the hassle.
