Leaving country 7 days after 90 day report due.

Featured Replies

90 days report due Oct 10. Going outside country Oct 16. Is that okay with imm officials at airport?

Thanks

Yes, the officials at the Airport don't care about the 90 day report, but your Immigration Office will.

So not filling a 90 day report may come back and hunt you.

So my advice do the report

Immigration at on departure form the country do not look for 90 day reports being done.

If you are returning and will be doing 90 day reports again you need did ot do a 90 day report before leaving or you might be fined when you do your first report after you return.

Will be OK at the airport but maybe not at your local immigration office when you submit the first 90-day report after your return and they notice that you never reported by the previous due date and fine you 2,000 THB as a result. The 7-day grace period only covers the timing of a 90-day report and doesn't exempt you from submitting it if you leave the country during these 7 days.

Thanks for that. I never thought about the next report after arrival. It'd be too good an opportunity for them to pass up...getting their hands on 2000 baht.

Today would be in the timeframe to do the report via internet.

Why not give it a try.
