Cambodia Ready for Thai-Khmer Radio

As Cambodia continues to cozy up to neighboring Thailand, the Kingdom’s Minister of Information has proposed a twin radio station along the shared border.

Last month Minister of Information Khieu Kanharith called for National Radio of Kampuchea (RNK) to consider the joint project during the 8th Joint Technical Committee Meeting under a memorandum of understanding between the two countries for information sharing and broadcasting,

National Radio of Kampuchea and the National Television of Kampuchea operate under the auspices of the Ministry of Information.
