Phone: 076-254457

I have eaten there once. Really good meat and it is very popular with the Japanese which is a good sign of their quality. The lady told me they had a wholesale place nearby (close to Rajaphat Uni I think)

Is there a supplier in Phuket here who has original KOBE BEEF???

Thanks,

Gerd

I suspect you will have to mortgage your house to pay for it. :-) Curious, this says true kobe is not exported from Japan. Source: Wiki-kobi beef

"Because true Kobe beef is not exported from Japan, "Kobe style" beef is produced from a crossbreed of Wagyu and American Angus cattle raised and slaughtered in the U.S. Of these cattle, the highest quality cows are sent to Japan, who still owns the rights to the cattle, and the U.S. keeps what is left."

You are right!

It's not possible to import (legally) Kobe beef from Japan to Thailand.

There's some Kobe "Style" beef from Australia available here.

It's not for me, only for someone very rich and this person does pay any money :o
