1 Year Non-Immigrant B "Multiple Entry" Visa - Do I need a Re-Entry permit?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

I have a 1 Year Non-Immigrant B Multiple Entry 'M' visa, dated until 28 July 2016. I was stamped in for 90 days when I arrived 2 months ago and have my first border run coming up in November. My question is: Do I need to obtain a Re-Entry permit for this visa to ensure that it is still valid when I re-enter Thailand in late November?

Thanks!

You can exit/enter as many times as you wish whilst the visa is valid.

A re-entry permit is not required whilst you have a valid multiple-entry visa.

If this is a visa obtained from a Thai Consular facility in another country, then you can re-enter Thailand as many times as you like up until the 'Enter Before Date' marked on the visa sticker/stamp, each time you enter you will get a 90 day 'Admitted Until' stamp.

No Re-entry Permit is required prior to the 'Enter Before Date'
