I am staying at Jomtien Beach for a couple of days. And hope I can rely on the TV Pattaya forum regulars to help me out.

I remember reading about a good Microbrewery in Pattaya - does anyone know where I can find it - directions from Jomtien Beach would be great.

I also remember a thread about good live music - some blues pub? Where about is that?

The gym in my hotel is binx - I think it is where Olivia Neutron-Bomb filmed the Let's Get Physical video, the machines are ancient and nothing works. Where is a decent gym in the locality that has reasonally priced walk-ins - I saw a plce called Hardbody - is that any good?

Apologies for not searching - I am using a gprs modem, which is a lot slower than the broadband that I left in Chiang Mai!

There used to be a brewery/pub next to Big-C but it closed down (and has been replaced by an overpriced furniture shop). There may be others.

It is one of the last reasonably priced gyms in all of Pattaya. Note that some of the clientele may be a little more (openly) gay than at your average gym.

Hopf House, Pizza, German Food, band and a brewery. Beach road turn right out of Royal Garden Plaza, 100yards North.

Theres no gym there but running away from the ladyboys and thieves on beach rd should compensate.
