NE1
I tuned in to watch the MotoGp last week , and all week-end there was no English commentary available , I am now trying to watch the qualifying sessions from Philip Island , still no English commentary , so I will presume that after a lengthy phone call with CTH " customer service " last week and another lengthy phone call today , there will be no change tomorrow. Oh True Visions please win back the rights to broadcast Premier League football . Over the time I have been with CTH it has been a nightmare. RichCor
I'm surprised you got through to anybody at CTH. " problem at source , cannot contact them " So I'm guessing either the "signal originator" or "territory distributor" forgot to include the English Commentary sub-channel audio stream to go along with the RAW Ambient Sound audio sub-channel the territory foreign networks use to create their localized language commentary. Or the local CTH 'engineer' selected the wrong sub-channel audio streams. I wouldn't expect "Customer Service" personnel might be able to talk to the local engineer responsible for the downlink reception of the feed but definitely not the distributor or originator.
