Seeking Innocuous Retribution Ideas for Inconsiderate Neighbor

Not illegal, not nasty, but amusing and harmless ( relatively) .

For example, I have roosters waking me up that a neighbor put closer to my home than his own, and it was suggested to play raptor cries on a really loud stereo.
