DrTuner
Pretty much highlights how extraordinary his conduct here in Thailand was, given such a high consideration for his kind act. When it's dark, a single candle looks blindingly bright. Not that I believe that, it's just TAT & co shooting their feet with a gatling gun again. They just gotta squeeze out every inch of positivity from any event they can find.

uksomchai
He even made a lot of the newspapers here in the UK. It makes a nice change to get a good story about Thailand in the papers as they tend to be generally all bad
Seastallion
Really good, I very happy for the chap. But I do wonder...10 000 baht per month for power to five homes? Sounds a bit steep unless they all have air-con, and it doesn't sound like it's the sort of village that has air-con. It is good, though. Hopefully it will inspire more good deeds. chickenslegs
Chat Ubonjinda, 44, will also get a chance to meet with Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha during his trip to the capital. This explains why he was reluctant to accept recognition for his good deed.
car720
One of those Thais that you meet occasionally that make you forget the others. Well done that man. So you surround yourself with scumbags? Good choice. I have normal friends that don't turn me bitter about an entire nation. Do you really want to personally attack me? Before you accuse, criticize or abuse. Walk a mile in my shoes.
