The Dancer Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 I installed the sync manager on my PC (Win 7) but it doesn't see my phone ("No phone connected") and my phone, in Accounts and Sync -> HTC Account, always says Sync is OFF. This HTC sync manager problem seems to be a known one but the couple of quick fixes on the web didn't work. If someone here can tell me exactly what to do that would be highly appreciated.
