Urgent Thai visa neede from Singapore

Featured Replies

Can someone please help. I often visit Thailand and have entered at least 3 times in 1 year. I When I entered Phuket on Monday 19th, I was advised I needed to obtain a new visa before entry would be allowed. I am booked to travel to Singapore on a week long cruise tomorrow and will return to Phuket in a week. I have been advised I will be denied as I have stayed for more than 90 days in 1 year with a normal visa. I need to get back to Phuket to stay for another 3 weeks. I have been advised I can attempt to get a visa in Singapore, but can take a while. Does anyone know how or where I can get an urgent visa to return to Phuket, keeping in mind that I cannot get a normal re-entry 30 day visa. Please can anyone help?

It is next day service to get the visa in Singapore.

They have been denying tourist visas to people that have just left here.

There is no written 90 day rule for visa exempt entries. They cannot deny entry under anything other than section 12 of the immigration act. Having the equivalent of 20k baht cash with you will prevent denial of entry. It would also be good to have some financial proof that you are not working here.
