How to transfer WhatsApp Messenger records from the old phone to the new i-Mobile iQ II

I'm using WhatsApp Messenger. Recently I bought a new AndroidOne phone.

Please advise how to transfer my WhatsApp records (messages both written and voice based, attachments, phone calls, files, etc.) from my old Samsung Galaxy S3 to the new i-Mobile iQ II .

Pictures and files that have been saved in storage on the old phone can be transferred; several methods available. However, I think that migrating an account to a new device means you lose all the old messages.
