US Embassy to hold consular outreach in Phuket

PHUKET: The Consular Section of the American Embassy in Bangkok will hold an Outreach Visit at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort in Karon on October 30.

Consular staff will be available from 8am to noon to provide the following services:

• Passport renewal applications (US$110.00 or 3,960 baht for adult passports, and $105.00 or 3,780 baht for a child’s passport).

• Passport applications for a lost or stolen passport (US$135 or 4,860 baht for adult passports and US$105 or 3,780 baht for a child’s passport). In the case of a lost or stolen passport, be sure to bring the original and a copy of the police report and any copies of the lost or stolen passport that were made prior to its loss.

• Notarial Services and Certified Copies (US$50 or 1,800 baht); includes income affidavits for retirees in Thailand.
