Two shish kebabs on a paratha...add fresh salad and mint an coriander....run chilli sauce down one side...mint sauce down the other and wrap that baby up.

When ya eat it ya get a bite with the hot sauce followed by one with the cooling mint....right the way down the paratha.

Be sure to order two. ;)

recently I've been makin' do with a couple of shwarmas...I belly up to the greasy counter in Jeddah where the bar man Abdullah is havin' a bad day and hold up 2 fingers...'one meat and one chicken, mate...and a coke...'

then he wipes his sweaty brow with his hairy arm and sez: 'no coke...pepsi...'

(Abdullah sorta looks like John Belushi and his shwarma stall sorta looks like the set from the famous comedy scene from Saturday Night Live...)
