Phnom Penh is not the easiest Thai Embassy to deal with.

You should try inquiring exactly what the Embassy;s requirements are.

You are very unlikely to get more than a single entry (90 day) "O" visa even if the requirements can be met.

Much easier to obtain an 60 day tourist visa the entry from which can be extended at an immigration office for 30 days .

It is said that visas from the PP Embassy take 3-4 days unless an agent is used

It takes 1 or 2 days depending on how one counts...apply on a Monday and pickup on Wednesday. If an agent is used and you do it before 10 in the morning, next day service is available.

Tourist visas are easy to get with or without an agent and embassy is easy to deal with.

hi guys thanks for reply , im on the birth certificate but not married , so not the legal father for thai law i guess. My child is thai yes , mother thai , he is 9 month old.

I did this visa already 2 times in penang ( 3 months visa +2 extension at immigration ) without having 500K but just showing like 100K . everything good except i find penang boring as hell and was looking for an other place.

only for the purpose of child visiting ? without being married ? thats good news !! so its a one year and i have to go out every 3 months ?

It is for being the parent of a Thai.

Marriage not needed.

The visa only allows 90 day entries so you have leave and re-enter every 90 days to get a new entry.

Same as what you had before when you applied for a non-o visa. Even the one you got before was for being the parent of a Thai.
