Hi, I currently live in Chiang Mai with my Thai wife, who has a massage shop. I am from the UK and we are thinking of moving there to open a massage shop/business, but do not know about visas and work permits for her etc. She has a passport and has the required paperwork to work massage outside of Thailand, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Minefield of legalities in the Uk, and (no offence intended) will be assumed to be a front for other activities, unless you go the "high-end" spa type business or open within an existing Holistic therapy practice, where she can rent a room within an established business model.

As this is UK related, moving to "home country".

Won't be viable as most customers will expect a happy ending or a ride for extra

Unless your wife's into that?

It shouldn't be like that but that's what will be assumed
