Long History

Hi Guys,

No somone who has been here for 3 years, using 2 passports and serial 60 day tourist visas.

Recently changed back to passport had not used for 2 years after being refused another 60 day visa in Singapore.

Now he is married in Thailand and needs to go overseas to get a Non immigrant visa so that he can apply for Marriage visa.

He is worried that his history of entries (though he has never broken the any laws) will show up on computer when he applies for the Non immigrant visa.

Has 3 month old daughter here wife his partner of 3 years.

His current passport has only one 1 month stay shown and no record of use for 2 years prior.

What do you think his chances are?

Currently he is on Aussie passport.

Don't believe he will have any problem. Be sure he takes the normal proof, marriage certificate, birth certificate, copy of wife id card and home register.
