30 visa exempt for US citizen at Piopet border?

I am a Us citizen and I was wondering if I could get a 30 day visa exept at the Piopet land border now. If possible I would extend this for 30 additional days in Jomteim because I will return to the Us Dec. 17th. A few visa companys say this is no longer possible. I would go and come back the same day. Your thoughts???

It depends on how many visa exempt entries you already have.

You will get the 30 day entry if you are allowed to leave the country.

You can do an out/in exempt entry unless you have a total of 90 days on exempt entries during a calendar year. Info I have been given s that it is on a case by case basis and if most of your entries are flying in by air and not out/in border hops you will not have a problem.
