Do You Keep A Thai Kithen?

Featured Replies

No, but we are thinking about having one. The grease fumes go everywhere! Either that, or get a really good exhaust hood for the stovetop.

el fresco, under bamboo or rise strow is an another option

Our "Thai" kitchen in the US is outside and inside. If we are cooking bla too or something that makes alot of smoke or just smells very strong like bla too we cook outside. We also cook our khao niaow outside because the pot and basket will not fit on the indoor stove under the exahust fan.

But maybe by the title of the post and photo they mean do you cook Thai ?

YES most all of the time.
