Most agent s don't have a clue about the embassies and consulates requirements because they only deal with immigration. Either that or they are to trying to sucker you into using their services. What set of documentsis currently needed for non-O (marriage) ? I would appreciate recommendations for a cheap but clean hotel in Savannakhet.
