Thai monk shows a bizar axe trick to sell his 'superpower amulets'

Featured Replies

All the hitting and slicing of people are done with the middle and top part of the axe blade, while the cutting of paper seem to be done with the bottom part. So I guess that the axe is only sharp at the very bottom portion of the blade.

Or maybe his amulets work wink.png

Sad to see monks resort to this kind of scam.

You're absolutely right.

Scam.

Arrest that charlatan, defrock him, tar and feather him, force him to publicly denounce that he possesses any supernatural powers by threatening him to use the lower edge of the axe on his back, and then put him behind bars for a number of years just for good measure. He and his ilk - besides being greedy bastards - are one of the reasons why superstitions proliferate so much in this country.
