harrycallahan
A recent problem. Chrome v 46.0.2490.76 Android v 5.1.1 Pressing the 4 squares on top right does nothing. That page does appear temporarily after navigating to a new page. I haven't managed to successfully click one of the navigation options in the short time it is visible. RichCor
If this is the menu setting in Chrome browser, then I suggest you use System/Apps and clear the app memory, or delete and redownload the chrome app.

blackcab
I have a Galaxy S5. I just checked - I can't uninstal Chrome because it was one of the apps that comes pre-installed on the phone.

harrycallahan
Yep, guys, the other thread covers it, same thing. Sorry my quick scan failed to identify that thread when I looked.
blackcab
I can clear the data, but reading that it clears all files, settings, databases, etc I really don't want to try that. I do use Chrome for more than this site.
RichCor
I can clear the data, but reading that it clears all files, settings, databases, etc I really don't want to try that. I do use Chrome for more than this site. Clearing Chrome app data and settings shouldn't be that apocalyptic, just produce a similar effect to erasing cookies, cache, along with password database and temp files. Some of that data can be saved/protected by making sure Chrome is logged into and sync'ing to your google account. Most of the other browser data is recreated when you log into the other sites you visit. ...but as the other thread seems to indicate, this issue is only present on the mobile version of ThaiVisa (not any other website) so it's more likely a web 2.0 javascript issue, making it doubtful that doing anything on your mobile device would make any difference. People will need to post a problem report of what isn't working for them in the other thread and hope ThaiVisa has somebody that can look into the issue and implement a fix.
