Confused about "15/7" notice on 90 day reporting

Hello,

I'm on an Ed Visa. I think the last time I reported my 90 days at Immigration on Aug 21, the officer told me I have 15 days prior and 7 days after of the "date" to report next time. I'm just not positive what date he was talking about. The red stamped date of Nov 18 on the Notice stapled to my passport or the red stamped date of 23 Nov stamped on the next page in my passport.

And if anyone can tell me exactly what the difference of the dates are.

18 Nov 2015 is the date of your next 90 day report. So in your case you can report 15 days before that date or 7 days after.

23 Nov 2015 is when your permission to stay in the kingdom expires.
