There use to be a TV show in the states called Kids Say the Darnest Things which was hosted by an old time comedian by the name of Art Linkletter.

One show there was a child that just sat in a corner looking very sad.

During a break Art went up to the child to find out what was wrong.

The boy told Art that his dog had died last week.

Trying to cheer up the boy Art told him that his dog went to doggy heaven and

when he died he to would go to heaven and see his dog.

To which the boy replyed "What would God want with a dead dog?"

What a perfect answer!
