60 Day Extension - Thai Child - Documents Needed

Featured Replies

Want to extend my current entry for 60 days based on my Thai child (used last entry on multiple non o which expired in October, entry good until December), what documents will I need, I can think of:

Birth Certificate of my child

House Book of my child

Mothers ID card (we're not married)

Current rental document where we're living

Pictures - not sure on this as only 60 days not 1 year?

Will my child need to attend as well - should be in school?

How long before entry stamp expires can I apply?

Immigration will want your child to be with you.

Birth certificate and a copy.

House book registry only a copy is needed.

Signed copy of mothers ID card is optional.

Signed copies of the owners ID card and house book may need to be attached to the rental agreement.

No photos needed other than the one for the TM7 application form.

You can apply for the extension a couple of weeks early.
