Dear Forum members, I would be grateful for an answer to the following query, can a 30 day visa on entry at the airport be extended at immigration for a further 15 or 30 days? Thanks in advance.

A "visa exempt entry" can be extended by 30 days, once, at any immigration office for a fee of 1900 Bht.

A "visa on entry" would have cost 1000 Bht , be only valid for 15 days and is not extendable.

You can extend a 30 visa exempt entry (it is not a visa) for 30 days at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht.
