What percentage do you get back on items bought in Thailand when leaving, is it 11%??

I believe vat or the equivalent in Thailand is 7 % is it not.

While I have never done it myself, I have been warned that it is a very time-consuming process, as they shunt you from pillar to post and back again. Make sure you allow plenty of time.

I've done it before albeit at DM a very long time ago and it was pretty painless.
