All my apps are "turned off" .. Thanks in advance .. PS Battery is new , though more then likely not an original, I have had this type of battery before and got good charge time... any apps to down load that may help ?? Also, if you use Facebook a lot then apparently this is big drain on IOS9, even if background refresh button is turned off.
