I'm currently on a 30 Day Tourist Visa Extension in Thailand but I'm flying out to Taiwan for a week soon.

• I am trying to find out exactly how many days it takes for a 60 Day Thailand Tourist Visa to be processed in Taipei?

I hold a EU passport and hope to go to the embassy first thing Monday morning.

Has anyone any feedback on dealing with the Thai Embassy in Taipei? or their turnaround times for visa processing?

I've already tried to contact the Embassy directly but to no avail.

There is no embassy in Taipei it is a trade office.

Taiwan is not recognized by many countries as an independent nation, but as part of the territory of China.

Therefore be careful you are sure you can really get a Thai visa there

Sorry to necro this thread, but is there any updated information about this location in terms of processing times and required documents?

 

I know what the website says, but sometimes people's individual experiences differ from the posted requirements.

Thailand Trade Office in Taipei accepts visa applications in the morning and can pickup in the afternoon (sameday).

Thailand Trade office seems pretty strict in issuing Tourist Visas to those who already have multiple tourist visa stamps.  near mrt station, not difficult to find.  information regarding visa application requirements and same day pickup (if successful) http://www.tteo.org.tw/main/th/services/5202/56235-Tourist-Visa-(TR---Single).html
