Instructions on use

1. Are you rich. No. Go to 2. Yes, dont bother reading this book.

2. Will you inherit wealth soon. Yes. Ignore this book. No. go to 3.

3. This book is not for you. Go back to the village you pesants and practice subsistance living, leave the corruption issues to us elite and stop expecting any handouts

This has hit the nail pretty well on the head Id say

I do hope English translation will be available soon. Make great bathroom reading. And comic book version like Lupatria mentioned. Maybe could get some of those police super heroes involved too.... Do I also see a soap opera project there?

A Thai does not need to reference a corruption handbook...they are taught from childhood that corruption is a way of life...IMHO

It's not a corruption handbook, it's a "corruption investigation handbook".

And I think I got the last post wrong, it probably needs to be a folded piece of A4 in size.
