Is the VAT Refund for Tourists available if you buy stuff at the supermarket, eg. food & drink? I recently saw a VAT Refund for Tourists sticker on some of the cosmetic shelves of Tops Supermarket so wondering if it's only for those items or everything sold at Tops?
