MadMac
Amorn at the BigC. If you want something better/cheaper, there is Central Electronics close to Warorot market and Kitty opposite Rajaphat university at Chang Phuak. slapout
In Chiang Mai at the north east corner of the moat (traffic light and road continues to river past US consulate) Turn left at traffic light, look on left, shop selling imported power equipment grinder drills, etc. Its a hardware store , prices marked on items its right before a 7=11 onlt a couple hundred meters, if that , from left at traffic light. They may have what your looking for as they have a large stock of equipment and material that is needed to keep the residence, vehicles in repair. Gonsalviz
Careful. I bought 3 cheap meters. 1 did not work out of the box. 1 read half of what would be normal and another read back ward. Spend a little extra for a digital meter. HomePro, Thai Watsadu or Global House.
