I would like to hear from any TV members who have visited a 'neighbouring' country for the purposes of getting a tourist visa since October 1st. Are the nearby consulates "cracking-down" on applicants who have 'a history' of 30 day stamps? Also what are the experiences of people entering on a "permision to stay without visa" stamp during the same period, did you have to show money, flight ticket out etc?
