Innovation for Thai food to be developed

Featured Replies

Love these guys that reckon if you don't like Thai food you must be a fat balding something that eats Burgers and fries everyday. I think the last time I had one was when in a rush in the car and grabbed one just to fill the space because I didn't want to waste time.

Usually buy beef myself, mince it add about 25% fatty pork minced my own spices etc, make a batch and freeze the burgers so I can have when I feel like it.

If I want something a little bit spicy I make and freeze my own curries, chili con carne or spaghetti sauces etc. I can pick the ingredients and I know what's in each dish.

The next time I or anyone I know spends 1000 baht on a Thai dish will for sure be the first, I can't imagine a Thai dish that big.!!!!!!
