Avira free virus protection can not be uninstalled
I have been using the Avira free virus protection offering for several years and in the past, if I had an issue with their program, I could just uninstall it and then reinstall it again. This time I could not update my virus protection nor run a scan on my laptop. Avira has made it virtually impossible to either repair or uninstall my virus protection software which is currently installed on my laptop. You can't contact support unless you now have a license key which would necessitate you having to take out a paid subscription with them. They have a support bot which is worthless and in reading some other postings in their chat room, other folks who were using the free version are also having the same issue of not being able to uninstall the free version from their computer. The replies from Avira to the posters in the chat room are basically, tough luck, you need a license key to contact support and they have radically changed the process to force someone to have to pay for a subscription. I just want to uninstall my free version but when ever I attempt it, it says you can't and to contact support which puts you in a never ending loop. Any suggestions on what I can do to successfully uninstall my free version of Avira form my laptop.? -

In the Netherlands there are certified private companies that are allowed to inspect a car, or truck with a permit from the government. After the inspection of the vehicle instantly they have to deregister each vehicle to the LTD, after which there is a 50/50 percent chance that the same LTD will come to check the inspection, until then the vehicle may not be released. This largely eliminates the chance of commiting fraude or corruption. -

You seem to forget that the rich and powerful are the one's behind most of the corruption in TH, but in this case a few modified buses wouldn't even hit their radar. -

In vietnam ,there are motorbike rentals that can rent electric bikes running at 50 Kms or less to those without valid licenses as it is legal there. Perhaps Thailand can adopt this too since there are so many foreigners riding scooters here without valid licenses. A win win situation.
