Not sure why you would want low-fat coconut milk. Have you read up on the benefits of full-fat coconut oil to your health?

What is the difference between the low fat coconut milk and the ordinary one ?

The low fat one contains less fat.

Yeah, I know...but what will be different on the cuisine. I never use low fat coconut milk, I am afraid it will make the cuisine taste different

It will affect the texture for the most part rather than the actual taste. Dishes will be less silky to the palate , thin or watery. Imagine skimmed milk with your cornflakes. I don't use myself.

I understand. It likes more water than more coconut milk from the coconut extraction.
