Bpuumike
For Spain she will need a Schengen visa which has to be applied for in Thailand and best to apply at the Spanish Embassy in Bangkok. She will need a separate visa for the UK and again, best to apply in Bangkok. Try for a multi-entry UK visa in case you want to visit Gibraltar or pop back to the UK. Does sub para' (h) not cover this ? UK multi entry visa?
theoldgit
As pointed out earlier, she will need to apply for a Schengen Visa at the Spanish Application Centre in Bangkok or at the Consulate by appointment. http://www.vfsglobal.com/spain/thailand/ She would need to submit details of flights, accommodation, travel insurance and finances.
