90 Day Visa Enquiry

Featured Replies

I am a Singaporean. I would like to get the 90 day visa.

how do I go about this?

What do I have to prepare eg.documents/bank records/statements before I apply for it at the Thai Embassy in Singapore?

After I get the 90 day visa, how does it work?

Thank You for any kind reply and help for me.

Do you want a visa based on retirement (over 50)?

Do you want to stay in Thailand longer than 90 days?

Are you planning to live in Thailand, Singapore or between the two?

I am 34 this year.

I am in Singapore now and am planning to come back to Thailand to marry my gf. So yes I am definitely going to want to get a Marriage VISA after we get married as our Business is in Thailand and live in Thailand.

But for now I would like to get a 90 day visa 1st before I go to the marriage visa. So within the 90 days visa I want to get married and how do I go about getting the 90 days visa?

First you will need a single entry tourist visa (SETV). That will give you 60 days on entry to Thailand. Towards the end of the 60 days you can go to your local immigration office and apply for a 30 day extension of stay (1,900 baht) giving you 90 days. The requirements are here http://www.thaiembassy.sg/visa-matters-/-consular/visa-requirements/tourist-visa

Once you are married you can apply for a non immigrant 'O' visa. This gives 90 days on entry. Within the last 30 days of the 90 you can apply for a 1 year extension of stay. You need to have 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months prior to applying or a certified income of 40k pm.
