Tourist bus of Chinese crashed in the mountains beyond Doi Saket at mid-day today. A black pick up also involvee. Seems the bus crashed down a bank through trees. No news on number dead or injured, but I counted at least six covered bodies in the pictures.

Edit: 11 died at the scene, 2 have died in hospital. Another 11 were taken to various hospitals with 4 injured seriously.

Drive safely folks. The holiday season madness is here.

Such a tragedy....... Some drivers going through that stretch of road between Doi Saket and the hot springs, drive so carelessly. Like they are the only ones on that road. May all those poor souls rest in peace, and those who have lost someone special, know that our prayers go out for you. RIP

I think EVERYONE drives too fast, including me! Today I was traveling north on the 107, running about 80kph, and passed as if I was standing still by a van from a famous private school in Mae Rim. I just hope there were no children inside the van, and it was an accident looking for a place to happen.
